Hey Pete,
I don't want to mention any names, but I can remember riding with an officer and he went to stop a kid riding a bicycle with no light on it. The kid jumped off the bike and fled on foot. Our friend, got onto the kid's bike and pursued him on the bicycle. While I went around and cut the kid off in the car. After we caught the kid, I asked our friend, how come it is ok for him to ride the bicycle without a light and not the kid. He said because he was the police. However, the kid did have a 9mm handgun on him and 20 pieces of crack. So, maybe 2 wrongs do make a right.
