   The wife has hired an attorney to make sure that the police “followed proper procedure” (a euphemism for, let’s see if I can profit off hubby’s death, in my opinion). Gee, when there are photos of a suspect running w/ a gun, I’d say it was probably justiifed (see Garner v. TN). In other words, this guy was NOT Oscar Grant.

   I love how the article and the caption under the photos say that the bad guy was “Gunned down”… Retards.

   I’d say he was righteously ventilated… and I wish they would have shown those pictures.

   Schadenfreude is alive and well.
